Good afternoon to the one Seffynite
There are two sides to every story. On one hand you have an extremely curated list from a corporate pr twitter account and on the other hand you have essentially nothing. I'm not saying Zaion did nothing wrong, I fully believe she did. I just dislike essentially silencing someone and being unable to hear both sides. I think it's unfortunate. She debuts in December, gets a suspension in January. Barely exists for February before a month long suspension and then is terminated early March. Even if there was a chance to take the feedback and change her ways, did she even have time to do it? She was barely active enough as it was to take any changes to heart. I think the blame lies with both parties. I think Niji management most likely didn't explain how severe the rules were or how severe the terms in her contract that she violated were. I think Zaion took managements feedback too lightly and disregarded her waves own support since the feedback from management likely wasn't explained well enough. I think things likely could have repaired themselves if the initial suspension announcement was worded in a nicer way, I do feel like the way it was announced added a multitude of problems after the fact. I likely wouldn't return to a company that publicly shamed me as well. It is so completely opposite of how Yugo was handled. Completely vague compared to every last bullet point. It's such an odd display to me.
At the end of the day I think the fault lies with both Zaion and Niji management. Applying to be a corpo vtuber but not willing to make the changes that comes with it doesn't make a lot of sense. Hiring this indie vtuber that you have countless hours of content to scour to see what kind of humor she has, realizing what kind of person she is through that, and still hiring her also doesn't make a lot of sense. I feel bad for the Zaimons that lost their oshi but at least you know where she will be. I will change my tune if she becomes a thorn into the NijiEN existence instead of just doing her own thing. I would like however, for us to lose someone in NijiEN on good terms at some point instead of two terminations.
I'm really just here for Elira anyway.
It does make that Millie secret GC stream make me even more angry to be quite honest
