In another DM, she vents how she is tired of work, interpersonal relations, and wants to die. And in another, she said she wants to fix her menhera. All of these point to menhera venting....
As for the NDA which got her canned, it's doubtful Cover described in great detail why Rushia's contract was terminated to the other members as a typical company wouldn't spread another employee's private that relates to an incident. On that day, (2/24) they probably knew just a bit more than what Cover disclosed to the public.
