As for Kronii specifically, I think it's that she's playing the cool voice too much and doesn't have any range. It's either monotone or loud monotone. Her "OMG what is happening!" moments just seem really forced or over the top. I am also not a fan of people who have the "I'm so great" attitude... turns me off almost instantly. It's funny when it's in jest, but when it's played off seriously or as part of your schtick, it's annoying. She has a lot of fun moments, and I think she meshes pretty well with a lot of the other Holos from what I've seen, I just think she needs to drop the self-importance and try to be cute with more inflections in her voice. Easily second best for council though.
