For me, a hasty setting of the fund trades is what lead to the Lamy incident, on which I was the only one who has really lost money in the end. My point is, anything I do on my end is just a band-aid fix to an issue with NASFAQ's API. I assume Trial Dev's statement is also basically a warning not to knowingly abuse it, as in, trying to knowingly sell down to negative shares.
