I like the casual music and self-improvement aspects of idols. I like mutual growth. I cringe every time I see normalfags go "a holo said le yab thing, Yagoo dream is dead XD." If anything, I would like holos to be more idol-like than many of them currently are. Vtubers being able to do this thing without the usual drag of meat space idolshit is very cool. I love concerts as a celebration of effort, but I still think that the way they currently work for people who live outside Tokyo, performances are best kept at two a year at most and even that is pushing it. The discussion started with monetization options and how one should have a preference for tickets because it would lead to more concerts with the implication that it's a self-evidently good thing. Apparently only a ligger fan of her indie days can think that there could be something wrong with that because Hololive = concerts and they are just jealous.
