https://twitter.com/nijuunanayo0827 (The illustrator) was the first to design that suit, but if he did, then it obviously caught on hugely among the fanartists. Considering there seems to be a lot of love for it, maybe it will likely become another outfit if Kaida gets approved for one.
I think it would be funny if Kaida maybe plays up the outfit too, acting a bit more confident and cool, until someone bullies him and all that confidence disappears!
