Ive been talking about height recently and I know you're tall and I know you feel tall because youre a woman and I know im objectively tall but to be honest ive never felt tall. This is not a feeling youd understand because theres different expectations between our sexes, but ive honestly always felt "normal" or "average" in terms of height. The men in both sides of my family are tall, my close friends growing up were tall, and my other friends were mostly tall as well. I always saw other guys eye to eye. And I dont want to give the wrong idea that im hugely tall either, im just normal tall.

I bring this up because height has a deep effect on one's psychology. For some it might make them withdrawn, others it might embolden them, and for some it might make them lash out as seen in the phenomena known as napoleon complex. What im getting at is that its all a matter of perspective. You might have not enjoyed your height growing up but one day you might change your mind. Perhaps your future husband will consider you a short woman, perhaps though you might not have loved your height, he will. Perhaps you'll never again desire to squat and shrink down for photos, maybe you'll even want to add some height to your frame through high heels. What is tall to some may be short to others, whats is short to some may be normal for others, its all a matter of perspective. We embrace the state of mind we allow.

I wanted to share that with you because I want you to feel good about yourself. Self confidence and self esteem are important and I need you to know youre perfect how you are, no more shrinking down or trying to make yourself look small. Embrace who you are inside and outside. Least favorite? Favorite Christmas song?
