Did a mock-up of the primary setting of the fangame and imported to Godot. Since I'm new to modelling and, subsequently, architecture, I had believed I oversized the house.
Looking at it from the game? Yeah, nah. It's a tiny house. I double checked my units in both Blender and Godot but they're the same.
The floorplan would make more sense from a first-person perspective or real life use. With a flying camera? Not so much. I might have to triple the size of the rooms.
