It's really heartwarming when you put something out there you had fun creating, and other people find fun in it as well, it really helps keep a guy going sometimes. My own inspiration to write has been on the low end lately, and the contest felt really good to contribute to with a silly little idea I had.
I think all the other writers deserve another round of applause, since they submitted some great stuff.
