This means that tectone is not convicted of SA but the SA allegations were credible enough for the judge to deem the request for a protective order against him to be legitimate.
rapetone had multiple lawyers and still lost.
The court deems it reasonable to believe rapetone committed sexual assault and stalking.
In short: he can't own guns for the next 10 years, must maintain considerable distance away from his ex, and probably Diddy'd her.
