You can replace Elira with any number of options that either have more dedicated paying fans like Aia and Scarle, or talents with a safer image like Rosemi and Petra, or even Vantacrow. And Kotoka has been a non-entity for ages, the only possible explanation they're there is to show "We aren't afraid and we don't do favoritism, we can have our most controversial talents attend cons too!"
