Let's actually talk about this. The typical vtuber starts out with an artificially high-pitched voice which she lowers over time if she thinks her audience will let her get away with it. Even if she doesn't fake it (or doesn't fake it AS much), she probably works with others that do. It's a collective, unspoken ruse.
How do they even talk to each other about this? How much planning or deliberation goes into it?
