While Lia has a rotten brain, she has a good head on her shoulders and most times has right answers up there. During the anniversary steam, her being candid and talking about things was a reminder that Lia isn't nearly as retarded as she pretends to be on TV.
Whatever her and Panko talked about seemed to mean a lot to Panko, and I am sure Panko coming to Lia means a lot to Lia (it would mean a lot to me, anyway)
