In order to get the badge, you either need it mailed to you or you need to pick it up at a retailer with your badge QR code. Once you have the badge you can enter the con. Then once you have the ticket QR to the concert, you are supposed to go to a room and pick up a wristband before 1pm, this wristband will give you access to the concert. The room is "Hall 1C". All this info should have been e mailed to you.
