https://github.com/ilian6806/stable-diffusion-webui-state a long time ago. It lets you export the state as a .json file and you can import it whenever you want, but I don't think it will work for other extensions, just base A1111 stuff and I haven't used it in the past few months so no idea if it still works..
The other way is to just press the little arrow below the Generate button to load up your last gen which should change the settings as well, or load up one of your images in pnginfo and send it to txt2img which would also change your settings.
