The Gen 1 and 2 girls, sans maybe nene and lua, don't care because they're part-timing for fun anyway. It's just a hobby to them, which is why they wouldn't give a fuck if their meagre earnings are japan-taxed to oblivion.
I wouldn't call it a black company but like most small companies it's clearly lacking in responsive, professional management and suffers for it.
