There would be zero reason for an AI to do this since that is purely a human choice to make a drawing "sketchy" looking without a refined rendering overtop. So the AI is just replicating what is essentially unfinished art with zero intent or purpose and only doing so because the prompt monkey fed it art to copy.
AI would literally be nothing without humans and it is instances like this that prove it is soulless and vapid and otherwise worthless copied slop. It could never create something original.
