If you don't monetize then it's fair enough but if you have subscribers and make money from it then it's the equivalent of telling your boss "hey I don't want to give you my work schedule because then I might feel sad one day and just decide to not show up".
If you're going to stream then set and keep to a schedule. Having guerilla streams is fine but not everyone can drop their life on a dime just to watch your content. You have a schedule to help your viewers arrange their lives around you.
