It's week three which mean our categories are finalized. Time to nominate individual vtubers for each one.
Here are the rules
-You get one nomination per category.
-Nominations must pertain to events of the last year (since august 2023). IE. Best model must be one debuted in the last year.
-For categories that are more than just a superlative also give a specific instance or stream to back up your nomination.
These nominations will be counted and the top four nominees in each category will then proceed to the final voting round.

I feel like people aren't reading the rules.
In the Innovation award people have nominated Ikumi and Dokibird with no explanation for what they have innovated, ans also jets for 3d and Lyra for handcams, I don't watch these but are they significant innovations over the average 3d and handcams?
