She was so moved by it that she couldn't speak and was typing her thoughts out, complete with very pretentious music. Shortly after that she disappeared for a month or so and kept being very vague about how she still has to be gone for yet another month but emphasized explicitly that it was NOT "civ duties" related. If we assume that means school then it's possible she did self improvement but some fans would say civ duties means anything and everything IRL which makes it even more of a mystery.
One thing that might tie the hiatus to management hate is she later did the superchat stream where she would draw your avatar and it supposedly set SC records for a non birthday/anniversary thing. My rrat is management probably yelled at her and tried to baby talk her saying her streams/growth/SCs/memberships are lacking so please do this and that to get 5% more revenue for the heckin' investors and she basically told them off by doing it her own way and getting way more money in almost no time at all.
Something I find funny is she's had pretty significant friendships with doki/bae and now gigi. If her parents are bitching at her about getting a 'real' job or a proper degree and mumei keeps bringing chinese girls home from her secret job then I wonder if her parents suspect she's working with spies and communists which makes mumei throw her arms up in the air which keeps her in an eternal state of not knowing what to do with her life.
