It takes some time to learn how to create your own scenes and shots but its piss easy to replace the girl in someone elses scene and tweak her posing to fit ames proportions. Most koi users just create OCs and put them in the high quality scenes made by jap autists, few actually make their own.

When you download scene files put them in the Koikatsu Party/UserData/studio/scene folder and they'll appear when you open the scene menu in game. Its pretty easy to figure out how to replace girls and adjust her limbs and expressions
