Gura also likes building in lakes and oceans instead of land and Kiara's shit is based around the natural occurrence of a village. I think the counterargument though is that the JP server is very concentrated in a small area, while again the EN server is "here's a house and on the other side of the map, here's PPP" and then there's an infinity of uncolonized space between PPP and Atlantis, their outpost on the far side of the world. And then there's Mori's cabin, which isn't shown on that map because it's far away in the south of the frozen area. The JP area has a density of contruction in a flat space. I think there's also supposed to be an underwater kingdom for Aqua somewhere.
