Paint.net have this glorified MS paint feel if you want to get them done in a reasonable time

Paint.net, there just isn't a default tool that can do it beyond gradient so if you have two gradients they just wont mix without work or an extension

Paint.net's tools, it can really only do textures of rocky or pixely things and doesn't really feel like actual pain
