My advice if you don't want to put in effort studying is to pick streams where they are engaging with a game you know and not using it as a zatsudan.
Game collabs (excluding apex and maybe minecraft) are great since they are usually engaged with the game and not using it as a zatsudan. Mario party streams the best since you can understand what they are talking about by context and they are very fun to watch (imo) so it's hard to get disengaged even if you don't know Japanese.
From there you can chip your way into solo game streams and eventually zatsudans.
