I suggest you go to the training room(go to map > global map > click on settlement > select from menu or go to your room and speak to the palico) and test them a bit. Also unironically, check some tutorials on yt, Arekkz has good ones for each weapon.
If you really want a complex weapon that feels absolutely orgasmic to master, HH and CB would be my picks from those 4, they have probably the highest skill ceiling of any weapons in the game. But both IG and Swaxe are fun as well, tho I have yet to learn them myself.
