The rest of the board, i.e. the catalog, is seen as a lawless wasteland filled by people who were "forcefully exiled" from their respective generals.
You can thank HoloGlobal for all that. They got so used to sitting in a single thread on /jp/ they kept doing that even after we got a whole board for ourselves.
