React content has always been a precarious gray area on Youtube that's only allowed because the owners of said videos either don't care enough or don't know. Reuploading a fully unbroken video as part of a VOD is always going run the risk of getting hit by a copyright strike out of nowhere hence a common strategy of react content on Youtube is to chop up the video, heavily edit it, or warp/mirror, or cover the video with an image.
