How this happened was Selen's original test stream was still up, but just unlisted and Nijisanji didn't revoke her mods powers. So they just took over that pre chat room and started spamming the equivalent of 'DOKIBIRD IS SELEN, FOLLOW HER' Word of mouth of the room spread like wild fire and because it was the middle of the night in Japan, Nijisanji staff wasn't awake to shut it down so the room was up for several hours.
