>>58507915Because I think they wanted to give it a try since they thought it would be cool and a way to possibly grow. What I think happened is that they managed to get in, thought it was awesome for a little bit, but the behind the scenes corporate stuff and management probably made them completely change their minds.
Not like I have any actual idea why they joined and ended up leaving, but that's just what I think happened. Whatever was happening off-stream just wasn't for them and they quickly picked up on it and decided to leave together. I'm assuming they just joined thinking it would be awesome, found out it wasn't what they thought it was going to be, and then realized being indie was a better alternative for them.
Sometimes you have to experience something to realize it was never truly for you.
