It will be a huge event in the vtubing scene and tons of people would tune in. And she can have the audience vote for whoever's singing/performance is the "best".
If it's gonna be mostly Europeans she could call it Eurovision. If everyone is allowed regardless of where they're from, it should be called Indievision or something like that.
