I want to get into streaming with a 2D avatar. Out of the recommended software which one would be best for doing little improv skits in a janky animation style as seen on shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Sealab? Something I could move around like a puppet or load up with a bunch of canned animations that I could play to do stupid shit.
