He's much more focused on brewing technicalities than I am though since he has square mile and he considers coffee the end product he just kinda ends the autism once the drink is in the cup, which is fine but I like to extend it. The difference between our viewpoints is that he thinks of coffee in the context of coffee and I think of it in the context of the wider cooking topic as it is like an ingredient like any other. Do not confuse the brewing autists with the origin and processing autists, they are very different breeds.
