She used to depict herself as a cookie with a smiley face (like on the doll's shirt) but a couple years back decided she wanted to have an actual face and be able to emote so she got a high end model made and has been using it exclusively ever since.
She's not a streamer though so the only reason people ever bring her up is to point at her ridiculous subscriber number. Anyone here who says they actually watch her beyond initial curiosity to see what all the hubbub is about is probably a creep.
