Are you women going to go into welding? Construction? Are you going to build bridges, dams, skyscrapers? Are you going pave roads, create power plants, lay down the power lines? Build and maintain sewer systems so there's running water? What about HVAC work? Maintaining stable indoor environments will be CRUCIAL in the future since we're entering a period of extreme warmth and weather. Are you going to flip burgers? You can't do it all with just a few men. And since there's a lot of men you need police to keep them in line.

Young men of today (millennials and younger) are far more prone to violent outbursts and mental episodes than Gen X and Boomers were at the same age. Would a domesticated man shoot another over simple road rage? Whata bout shooting at random people for no reason at all? It happens. There's more shootings now than ever, and not just in the US. Almost exclusively done by young men.
tl;dr It's a mans world so long as humanity exists physically. And if you were to make women the same as men physically then they would lose all the qualities you enjoy about them.
