The JPs are supposed to stream at a good time for JP hours, however, it is often the case that many of them end up streaming at good American hours, like Pico-chan's GTA streams, or Loki-sama's and Yuu's long playthroughs that basically eat all night hours in Asia.
Clara is the most balanced one because she streams at good American hours, and good Asian hours, and sometimes she makes an additional karaoke stream ideal for Asia.
Memory is the only one who rarely leaves the Asian timezone. She did a few long streams like the Mario Bros and Mario World endurance streams but it's rare.
