The only reason why I'm slightly worried is that every time I've rented an apartment the landlord always omits some really important caveats and you only find out about those after moving in. Or they just straight up lie, I spent a year in an apartment with no internet in the middle of a city, then changed places and the exact same thing happened. Maybe I'm just unlucky.
