There's no actual stream of the 3 talking about it, in fact I'm sure Fulgur and Ike have never mentioned it, everything comes from Rosemi herself in a membership stream quite some time after the reveal. (It's 2 am I don't remember what membah).
Neither Ike or Fulgur came up with idea, the story or anything else but they helped her in some bits.
