I would rather not rely on luck as the primary tactic, but one to learn from. I'd take a swing at co-management, but availability isn't favorable for me, but wouldn't mind if someone else popped up for it, one or two new heads to aid in formulating, testing, and simulating wouldn't hurt.
This season may have been fraught with failure, but that final match was exciting to watch from start to end with constant action and drama. You're doing a good job at the most important part of managing a community-headed group event and that's keeping people in the loop and giving plenty of opportunities to contribute and be involved. Some more methods of contribution without too much effort (for the voter) might need to be considered; such as polling some top streams/karaokes and then do a followup linking the MEGA for the soundposts/songs to vote on any to become new chants/goalhorns/etc.
