>>40119885There's plenty of bad in life. I've had so much shit happen, half of you wouldn't even believe. The one thing I've learned is that suffering is the only constant in life. If you stop suffering one way, you will find new ways to suffer. Even the richest people in the world find ways to suffer when they really don't need to. The best anyone can do is find a reason to make the suffering worth it.
A wisdom that led me through the roughest of patches is that if you're ready to end it, you have nothing to lose. There is so much more that you can let go of than you realize. And sometimes happiness requires us to do that. Letting go of expectations you have of yourself is often the first step you take on the path to a better life. Nobody likes loss, but at the same time, you can get addicted to how liberating it feels at times. Grieving isn't easy, but learning to grieve instead of carrying the weight changes your life. Another piece of wisdom is that you'll never be happy with the bad things that happened in life, but you can learn to accept them nonetheless.
