He has the highest base stat total out of Tempus from debut, not counting R-TUS. If you want to also take account events in Doppelganger, he has ability to link his conscious with other Shinris and talk to them. Also implied to do the same in 3D to let the kois watch the showcase.
With all of this, he is probably similar power level to the protagonist in Slay the Princess. This also doesn't take account his light abilities, as I am assuming only the pristine blade can kill her... And Shinri and her just don't start fucking.
