Unsolicited advice.
Have your main diet revolve around brown rice. It fills you up the most and makes you feel full the longest. Eat it with eggs, chicken, veggies, whatever. What I did was make a big bowl (~4 cups/600 cals worth) of brown rice plus whatever for breakfast and it'll last me the entire day. Afterward, more often than not, your urges will come from wanting your taste buds to be stimulated, not to actually fill your belly so I'd get a bag of croutons and have a couple whenever I give in. More importantly, though, watch what you drink! A large Sweetened Iced Tea is 300+ calories and 80g of god damn sugar! Stick to nothing but water and unsweetened iced tea!For working out I recommend getting creatine. Even if you don't work out I still recommend creatine since it has all the benefits of caffeine and energy drinks without the negative side effects. I usually take half a serving since I don't do anything that'd be considered intensive but you will still feel the effects. Hell, I don't even go to the gym! Why go to the gym when you workout at home AND watch your oshi? Get yourself some dumbbells, start off light with a ton of reps, and slowly work your way up the weights over the months. >>89762518Look into getting an inverse table. It'll make you feel like a baby.
