>>34234367When talking about collaboration, mostly meant in communications, we're still 2 separate navies and nations with different structures, Hoshiyomia would've been consulted as a sort of advisor in certain matters where other experts are needed I imagine, with our defense treaty allowing us to be able to do certain tasks and easing communication, but the scale of collaboration is obviously still limited by logistics and differing national goals.
There would not be a joint command by the nature of communications.
What I mean is, I've always meant to have relatively limited collaboration due to difficulties of organizing things. You do make a good point on the war games.
Fortunately we haven't written much on the structure of the navy, so we can move things around as much as we like.
On the map, might as well just cover the entry way into the northern ocean, but I'm unsure of how sea control was defined back in the day.
