>>50211527>Why would you have a window there?Because it's almost certainly a hillbilly house enlargement project and they couldn't/wouldn't get a swivelling/pivoting window up there since it's just tiled drywall with a cutout and the aforementioned would be both more expensive and put more strain onto the structure since you'd constantly pull on it.
On the other hand all other walls don't lead outside and the overall structure is fairly small and prone to mold so you can't just vent into the house.
Ergo. A window that can be opened by hand into the garden in order to vent the moisture thoroughly (presumably this time would be used to shave/clean teeth while wearing a bathrobe and underpants) before the door to the house can be opened.
