I swear to god PA does everything in their power to make their road network horrible so you will take toll roads and their toll roads are like 3x the cost/mile as every other toll road. I have no issue taking the toll road all the way across Ohio, even though OH roads aren't bad because it is like $15 to get all the way across vs like $40 to get all the way across PA
