if your gym has a hip thrust machine that allows for a REALLY low eccentric, i.e., allows you to stretch the ass out before it works to move the weight, then i suggest low weight high reps on that, really focus on slow movements back down.
otherwise use high box hip thrusts with a barbell and kickbacks on the cable machine
also more importantly, eat slightly more than usual (make sure its not all junk) and get proper rest
