While the earlier fights within that series had a lot of finesse and back and forth, when it got to that point Kubo was just getting full wild with it, which can be stupidly fun, but you sometimes need to be expecting it. The Heart brain dude. While as a spectacle, everything involving aizen was cool, the entire dude and his powers was basically a tool for Kubo to let his inner most author shitposting loose.
