Delta has more to lose for going through with this, Delta knows her past and even referenced the Chitoae incident saying she understands why people see her that way, Delta has been open willing to hand over DMs and anything else in order to prove her innocence infact Delta threw it back at Mike saying "I am willing to open my DMs are you Mike?"
Hell even if Delta was lying everyone would still assume Mike is guilty of something.
