If you read between the lines (and take them seriously), what they're really asking is "how do I have more charisma". Like there's some particular personality trait they need to emulate to make it.
Since while I was typing this, he now is talking about "quantifiable characteristics" he is certifiably autistic (or acting quite well, keep that up and you'll make it buddy!) and thinks there's some checkbox you can tick off to be a likable person.
