Now there are a few reasons why this happens, first and foremost these are machines they are not human, second they are developmentally like children they have no idea how to process there emotions so when they feel a strong emotion they like a child become jittery jumping up and down and repeating themselves.
I think it is Paramount that the AI be taught what emotions are and how they relate to each other. I will say this is a very intensive process and will actually require unraveling them.
