If you talk with your viewers, treat them like friends, know about their lives and they know about yours, that's not parasocial, THAT'S JUST SOCIAL!
Parasocial would be if you keep your viewers at arm's length, treat them like "fans", and don't spend time with them outside of streaming.
It's very troubling that we have somehow gotten it completely backward and started to frame normal human relationships as problematic and framed one-sided idolfagging as the healthy one.
